Now Playing: Be The One - The Fray
Hello folks! So, for awhile I've been thinking about starting a blog. I'm much better at communicating through writing than orally, in my opinion, so a blog just seems appropriate. I have a lot of ideas and opinions and I need a space to express them.
Now, the title. I know some of you are thinking that SAT words aren't necessary, lol. The story behind the title is that I feel like while some people are constantly re-inventing themselves, I am constantly re-discovering myself. New things about me rise to the surface and then I notice that what seems new has actually always been a part of who I am. So on my journey, I'm rediscovering my self. "My Self" is purposely broken apart because I want to emphasize ownership - I own my self and I decide what to do with the discoveries that my self presents to me. I decide how to piece them together into something complete, something I am able to comprehend.
So with this blog, you'll be along for the ride. You'll be privy to all the little discoveries I make and how I arrive at the big picture. I'm excited! Let's go!
